It introduces a slew of innovative solutions that set new benchmarks for the Ligurian yard’s entire planing range.
These include the creation of a foredeck living area furnished with sofas, a table, sun pad and a folding sunshade. Another novelty is the cutaway sheerline that allows light flood into the interior through the yacht’s large windows and enables even guests seated on the saloon sofas admire the sea views.
The SL86’s flying bridge is impressive also and, at 41 square metres, is one of the largest in its category. Nine square metres of that space is devoted to the sun pad which is shaded by a light, elegant hard top. In the interior, the focus was on adopting solutions that would create a feeling of absolute warmth and elegance. Two layouts are offered: one with a country kitchen-style galley on the main deck and the other with a classic galley in the crew quarters on the lower deck and a full-beam VIP cabin forward.
The owner’s suite is located aft and is full beam, while a VIP forward is laid out athwartships to guarantee genuine suite-style access.
